Hello my name is Freyja and I run a small cupcake business from my home in Buckinghamshire.

My love for baking started out when I was 4 years old and my nanny would bake with me on a regular basis at weekends and after preschool.

I have taught myself everything I know by watching YouTube videos, taking to other bakers and reading articles.

I am allergy trained and have a level 2 in food safety and I am also a registered business with my local council.

When it comes to baking I will turn my hand to any special requirements, from Vegan to gluten free.
